Error loading Operating System after Setup!!

I recently had to do a clean install after a mishap with my old OS. It
wasn't a big deal since I had most of the things I needed backup up on a
seperate partition. I have two 200 GB SATA hard drives that are in a RAID 0
striped array. I have two partitions in this RAID; one is about 25 GB and I
am trying to install the OS on it. The other is what ever is left over and
it has personal data. I know my configuration works because it did fine when
I had Windows XP on it a little while ago. When I tried installing window,
it was doing fine in the non GUI install part. I selected the opetion for
RADI, installed the drivers, partitioned and formatted the 25 GB partition
and it copied files over to the drive. It then reboots like normal to
continue with the GUI portion of the install and it comes up with the "Error
Loading Operating Sysytm" message. I have no idea what to do. I tried the
install on a different 40 GB Maxtor ATA 133 drive and I got the same error.
Is there something wrong with the boot sectors or MBR? I am not too familiar
with the boot portion. The Windows XP Disc works fine on other systems and
it used to on mine. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

I just found another post that was almost identical to the problem I am
having. It was unresolved. I hope by now the problem will have been solved.
Thanks again.
