error in rras

dear sir
I facing a error in RRas is then I open the RRas console I
get red singn at my server name.this is the member server
in a domain enviorment and do not get enble and configure
tab this is disable how can I rectify it.

Check if the following services are running on the machine -
Remote Registry Service
Remote Access Connection Manager

Try restarting these services and check if you can get rid of the problem?
