Add Devices / Ports to RRAS

We have two Eicon DIva ISDN cards installed on our server, they are
configured so there are 2 RAS ports - but when we try and add these as Ports
within RRAS (open RRAS console, goto Ports > Properties - these devices
aren't listed, I've double checked the ISDN card configuration and its all
seems OK, but no matter what I do I can't get RRAS to recognise the ports.

Are your servers 64 bit machines? 32 bit machines do not have any problems
with the Eicon Diva ISDN cards. If your ISDN card is recognised by the
machine then they must be listed in the Port properties of RRAS server
automatically.

Can you check if in registry path
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002bE10318}
in 000x
if any ISDN entry is present.

Thanks,
Puja

Hello there,

Our system is 32Bit, I double checked RRAS after a re-install of the
relevant drivres for the Eicon Cards and still nothing is listed under the
Ports section. I checked the registry key but couldn't see anything for
ISDN, is it possible you could provide further details please

Thanks

I forgot to add - the Eicon card is working fine for CAPI - we have GFI
Faxmaker installed and have a line set aside for faxes and they work OK, so
the card is operational
