Error in internet explorer 6

I've downloaded explorer6 about 5 times and each time it
says that mstime.dll is corrupt or wasn't loaded. I've
been having trouble with 6 for a while and recently had to
do a system recovery on my computer. Is it time for a new
one? Or can someone pleaseeeeee help me.
