Error identification

Can someone help me find out what to do with this error?

(In 2 of my games, the system suddenly starts studdering and restarts the
computer and the it pops up a message that says: Windows has recovered from a
serious error- Im using Windows XP proffesional)

Those errors are difficult to resolve, but not impossible.
To begin troubleshooting, please post which games you
are having that error with, and how long ago this started.
