error everytime shutting down

I encountered this message everytime I shut down exploer.
Microsoft Interent Explorer has encounter a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I
send the error report everytime but I continue to get the
message next time. What can I do to fix this? I'm
clueless. Thanks Melissa

Can also be caused by a parasite.

Try this first.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
