error copying file or folder

At times when I transfer(drag and drop) emails from my
microsoft outlook into a folder on my hard drive it gives
me a error sying "error copying file or folder. Not enough
storage is available to process this command.". It does
not happen always but very often . do u know why and the
fix for it.
