INCD problem copying

This may not be the correct forum but possibly you guys can help.
I use INCD for drag and drop of files for storage and have been using it for
quite a while. The cd has plenty of room available but when I try to copy or
move a file from my hard drive to the cd I am getting an error message:
Error Copying File or Folder
Cannot copy XXX; An Internal Error has occurred

I can move files from the cd back to the hd or into an email but every file
I now try to move TO the cd, give me that error.

Any suggestions?

Check with Ahead so as to make sure you are running the latest version. If
not, you could upgrade (free if you upgrade from/to the same level)

Windows Explorer shows free space on the disk?
My experience with InCD is eventually the disk becomes read-only, and
you have to start over and reformat it.

That seems to be what happened.. Explorer shows plenty of free space..
What a waste...
