I have two DCs with std DNS zones

If i try to convert to AD integrated, the error:
The data on the primary zone failed to set. the zone type is invalid.

If i try to re-create from "zero", the error:
The zone cannot be created. the zone type is invalid.

The reverse secondary is AD integrated without problems

1) My netdiag /test:dns , shows Ok

PASS - All the DNS entries for DC are registered on DNS server

'192.168.100.30' and othe
r DCs also have some of the names registered.

You will need to delete the Primary and/or Secondary zones for the same name
on other DCs.
You can only convert the zone to AD integrated on one DC, when you do this
the zone will replicate to the other DCs. You also cannot convert a
secondary zone to AD integrated, if you already converted its primary, just
delete the secondary zone.

didn't help!. I've tested this too.
I noticed too, in my AD Sites & Services, in the Services Node, i can't see
the MicrosoftDNS node to see my reverse AD-integrated zones

You won't find the zone in AD Sites and Services.
Win2k or Win2k3?
It will be in ADU&C, but if it is Win2k3, and the zone is replicated to all
DNS servers in the Domain or All DNS servers in the forest you won't see the
zone in ADU&C. You have to use ADSIEdit.
