Move DNS zone

We have an active directory integrated zone on one of our
DC's,let's say server1.
I want to change this zone to a primary and move it to
server2 at our main site.

If I change it to a primary zone, create a secondary copy
on the server2, remove the primary zone from server1, make
the secondary on server2 a primary and point server1 to
server2 for DNS. Will this cause aa problem to AD?

Basically moving an AD intergrated zone from server1 to a
primary zone on server2.

I'm not sure why you would want to do this. But if there are records in the
zone you manually created and want to keep just create a secondary on
server2 of the zone on server1, then change the secondary to primary. There
is no need to change DNS on server1 from ADI to primary first.
If there are no records in the ADI zone that are manualy created just create
the Primary DNS on server2 set it to allow dynamic updates, point all
members and DCs to it, restart the Netlogon service on the DC, run ipconfig
/registerdns. This should allow the SRV records to be created. One thing for
sure, you need to verify that the DC can register in the zone before you
take the other DNS down.

The reason is, we have an AD domain "name.company.com" and
an ADI DNS zone "company.com" with the sub
domain "name.company.com" on server1. The "company.com"
zone should be located at our main site on server2. But it
is currently hosted at our branch site.

Then I am going to delegate control of the sub
domain "name.company.com" to server1 at the branch site.

Is that the easiest/correct way to do it.

Hope this makes sence.

Actually there is a KB article for just this, take a look.
