Need to get rid of this on ISP hoempage.Error code
0x7c81295b. Also, this comes up

Hotspot virtual machine and also
exemption access violation. PLus pid1764. I haven't got a clue what that is.

How do I deal with all of the above to get rid?

Read the answer to your first post. It went through just fine. You're
having problems and making multiple posts because you are using the
awful web interface. Instead, set up a newsreader to access these
groups (very easy to do). Here is information about that:

really a newsgroup. You will get far more out of this resource if you
learn to use a newsreader. There are many good newsreaders for Windows,
but you can use Outlook Express since you already have it. Here are
