Can anyone explain for which file this code is applicable?
You might get some useful answers if you explain what you were doing when
the message was issued, what flavor of Windows you're using, any other odd
behavior of your system etc. Just giving an error code with no information
about its context isn't likely to yield a useful answer, especially for one
like this which can come out of Sharepoint, maybe from a setting in
FrontPage, and might be the fall-down-go-boom "Unknown error encountered" or
even "installation cancelled by user".
