Files needed:(C:\DOCUME~1) & (ab3 cab extractor error)

heya
i've been getting this error message every time i start my windows XP pro:

"Files needed : C:\DOCUME~1\SANDRA\LOCALS~1\Temp\80052CA.gdb_tmp_001\.\80052CCA"

i've tried to locate that needed file but nowhere i could find it !! even if i find it how can i fix it ? lol@me

then
when i clicked OK on that error message window to close it i get this additional error message:

"ab3
cab extractor error
Runsetup command failed , err 0x800704c7
the System cannot find the path specified"

im too slow to follow up on brief instructions ,im new to this
Can any one be patient and specific to help me in details Please.. what to do next to fix that problem

It sounds like some program called "ab3 cab extractor" is set to start
with Windows. Go to Start>Run and type "msconfig" without the quotes.
Look on the Startup tab and find the likely culprit. Uncheck the box,
click Apply and OK out of there. And of course it never hurts to do the
first Windows troubleshooting steps: 1) scan with current antivirus
("current" means a version not earlier than 2002 but using updated
virus definitions); 2) remove spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy
(www.security.kolla.de) and Ad-aware (www.lavasoftusa.com). Be sure to
update these programs before running, and it is a good idea to do
virus/spyware scans in Safe Mode.
