error message every time i start Windows XP Pro.. Please help me

i've been getting this error message every time i start my windows XP pro:

"Files needed : C:\DOCUME~1\SANDRA\LOCALS~1\Temp\80052CA.gdb_tmp_001\.\80052CCA"

i've tried to locate that needed file but nowhere i could find it !! even if i find it how can i fix it ? lol@me

then
when i clicked OK on that error message window to close it i get this additional error message:

"ab3
cab extractor error
Runsetup command failed , err 0x800704c7
the System cannot find the path specified"

im too slow to follow up on brief instructions ,im new to this
Can any one be patient and specific to help me in details Please.. what to do next to fix that problem

You have perhaps installed something recently that didn't finish correctly.
You could re-install the program (if you know that's what's happened) or
perform a system restore to a point before the problem started. To find
system restore go to "all programs>accessories>system tools" just be aware
that if you restore to an earlier time then programs or settings you have
changed since then will be lost. (it does not effect personal documents
saved by you)
