After I installed the last patch update, every time I
logon to XP, 2 error messages pop up complaining that a
program C:\PROGRAM cannot be found. Checking the System
Configuration Utility - Startup, I found that an item
with the following details was found at the bottom of the
list:
Startup Item = PROGRAM
Command = C:\PROGRAM
Location = HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Windows:Run
I am not 100% sure the program was caused by the last
patch update. The details suggest that it is a Windows'
stuff.
Would someone help me? Thanks.
By the way, if any MS staff reads this note, I would like
to tell that this is the second time I typed this email.
When I clicked the 'Send' button the last time, I got an
error. Looks like that there is no more 'Doctor Watson'
error, but there are more problems with IE.
Hope it works this time.
