Error after computer boots

After my computer (WinXP Pro, SP 2) boots, I receive teh following error
message:

Client Security Solution

This instance of cssauth.exe cannot start because of an initialization error.

It goes away after clicking on it. What can be done to correct this?

Google gave me more than 40 hits when I looked for
"cssauth.exe" initialization
