Error 8611

Hi I am getting error 8611 upon start-up then the PC won’t shut down
properly. Can anybody help me out?

What is this error, and how can I get rid of it?

Sorry when it comes to this technical stuff I am a bit of a

The error 8611 that you're referring to, is caused by a startup application,
that you need to isolate. You may also use the MSCONFIG Startup tab to
disable the Startup items one at a time and login back, to see if the issue
is resolved.
