8611 Error

I have an IMB laptop and get an 8611 error when I turn my computer on, and then it goes into an IBM error screen where I can do tests on different parts of the laptop. Unforetunately, nothing works and it wont load windows. I looked on the IMB support site and couldn't find anything.
 
Search on Google for "8611 error" and you will get all kinds of info
