Error 80070402

I have 4 user accounts on my XP professional and I believe one of them is
corrupted as I get "out of memory" messages when the user tries to access her
email. I have tried to delete the account but it sends me the message "Could
not complete the operation due to error 80070402". I cannot find anything
about this particular error.

Does anyone know what I need to do to delete the user account?
Thanks,

Usually this can happen when there are pending operations under the
account you are trying to delete. First, be sure that none of the
accounts that you want to delete have administrator access (set them to
limited). Next, log in to the account you would like to delete, let all
programs start up or finish installing for that account that have
operations pending, then simply log off that account. You should now
be able to log back on the administrator account to delete this the
troubled account.

Cheers!
