Suddenly I am unable to log into a website I use numerous times daily. It
reads:
You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page from the Internet
address of your Web browser.

Background:
This error is caused when the server has a list of IP addresses that are not
allowed to access the site, and the IP address you are using is in this list.

Nothing has changed in my computer, I've updated microsoft. I've gone
through the suggested trouble shooting with no resolution.

The IP address your computer is using has been blocked in the web server. If
you are on a dynamic IP assignment from your ISP then your IP address might
have changed since the last time you used the site and is now one that was
previously blocked on the server. If it's not, or it hasn't changed, the
remote server admin might have added your IP address to the deny list
accidentally, or they might be used MOM which is able to automatically add
IP addresses to the deny list based on patterns of requests (you might have
hit refresh too many times too quickly for instance). It might be that the
owner of the site has simply decided to block all IP addresses temporarily
while performing maintenance.

There is nothing you can do on your PC to fix this - you have to contact the
administrator of that site to ask them why your IP address is denied.
