trying to connect to hp chat...

When I try to connect to hp chat in IE6, this is the error message I am
getting-

You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page from the Internet
address of your Web browser.

Background:
This error is caused when the server has a list of IP addresses that are not
allowed to access the site, and the IP address you are using is in this list.

I have never had a problem with contacting hp with IE before,& I tried using
the chat in Firefox,no problem. What could be the problem?

Hi LRF63,
This error usually occurs when a web site deletes the default start page for
a folder on their web server.
For example when you type in the address bar 'http://www.microsoft.com' you
actually load a page
http://www.microsoft.com/default.aspx
If it does not fix itself in the next few days, follow the instructions to
contact the web administrators at hp.
