Error 1606

Bill

Recently upgraded from ME to XP(Home) and when installing
NAV 2004, receive error message 1606, "Cannot find
network desktop...". Checked knowledge base and found
solution to error and followed instructions given. Tried
to install NAV 2004 again but received error message 1606
again. Symantec informed me that the problem could be
with the Microsoft Windows Installer (MSI) pointing to
the MSI folder used with the older version of Windows.
However, no solution was offered and I can't find the key
to the folder when I edit the registry. Frustrated since
I can't get NAV 2004 installed. Can anyone help? Thanks.
