Error 1606

I have just upgraded from win98 second edition to win XP
rpo.
I am trying to install NAV.
I get error 1606: cannot access network
location "::\documents and settings\all users\desktop"

Any idea?

Go to: Start/Run/Regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell
Folders

Ensure that the Common Admistrative Tools entry is correct.

It should read:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools
