Error 1327

When trying to load software from my CD Rom drive, I get
Error Message 1327 Invalid Drive B:/

I have tried changing my CD drive allocated letter to "B"
but the system does not allow me to do this (lots of
other letters are available) although the letter B does
not seem to be being used by any other device.

Help!

B: is reserved for a 2nd floppy drive and cannot be used.

What software are you trying to load?
