error 1327.Invalid Drive H/

When I try to install/uninstall programs I get this error
message "Error 1327.Invalid Drive H/". Then it says Fatal
error during Installation aborting installation.
I can't install/uninstall McAfee or Norton Products.
Do know why?

Any Help would be appreciated

your error code is for the following:

Logon failure: user account restriction. Possible
reasons are blank passwords not allowed, logon hour
restrictions, or a policy restriction has been enforced.

there are detail on a programme that will remove the
norton seperate to its self as its a ass to get off your
computer do a web search for remove norton
