Error 126 calling AddPrinterDriver??

Hello,

When I install WinFax Pro 9.02 or HotFax 5.0.1 897h, it
appears that
"Cannot find the module. Error 126 calling
AddPrinterDriver". After
the software is installed, the 'convert file format'
function (used
for attachment in fax) cannot be used! This should be
caused by the
fact that the printer driver of the software (eg. WinFax
Printer,
HotFax Printer) cannot be installed properly in the
control panel. This problem only happens to my xp!

1. How come Error 126 calling AddPrinterDriver arises?
2. How to solve the above problem? (don't want to
format!)

Pls help!!

AddPrinterDriver is in library winspool.dll. Presumbably it means winspool.dll (or a file winspool is trying to load) is missing or corrupt.
