Error 0x804011D in OL2003

I have Exchange 2000 with SP3 and W2k with SP4, W2k domain with AD, mixed mode.

I have only 3 clients with Outlook 2003 and with the 3 i have the same
problems, the rest of my clients have Outlook 2000 or XP and they dont have
the problem.

The problem: After I configure the profile, the check name works fine but
when i try to open Outlook i receive a message that my "Exchange server was
unavailable, try to connect first with the Exchange server".

I receive the error codes 0x804011D and 0x80040115.

Any idea ?
