Outlook 2007 on Vista to SBS2003 Exch: no connection error 0x80040

Recently added a first Vista ultimate pc to SBS2003R32 managed server/domain.
All works well on this machine, except for outlook.

Initially outlook worked OK and initial synchronisation of addressbook and
email was OK,
After a few hours/days of use, we get the error that outlook can not connect
to the exchange server 0x8004011D, and after a lot of trying, also 0x80040115

I installed the SBS2003/Vista compatibility patches

I also tried the netsh advfirewall solution. After reboot outlook worked.
After new reboot: connection lost again. (and now also the 0x80040115 message)

Please help, because I've tried so many things, I can't list them all anymore.

I've I'd known that apparantly Vista is not made to run on SBS2003, I'd put
a veto on Vista.

Thanks in advance,

Christof

Additional info:

I have tried deleting/recreating the Outlook profile on that Vista machine:
But after that I can not get outlook to work at all, because it first needs
to connect to the exchange server before resuming normal functionning. And
given the error, this is not possible for this machine.

The previous time I did it, the only solution was to remove the pc from the
domain, and then join it again.
After that, outlook works fine during the first session. But after a reboot,
outlook can not connect to the exchange server again. (0x8004011D)
