Epson Workforce 1100 shows paper jam error with no jam

Never had a paper jam.

Paper(8.5x11) feeds to start position, then stops with error light.

Paper travels smoothly through after eject.

Prints a standalone test print just fine, no jam light.

Installed software, reinstalled.

Purged Registry and reinstalled again
Same problem

Any thoughts?
