Epson Stylus Color 777

My Epson 777 series printer has the power light flashing and the error light ON. I've gone thru manual and tried everything although nothing covers that particular combination. It's not the ink jets, both are new. I've gone to the site looking for trouble shooting to no avail No noise or anything, just a flashing power light. Any ideas???? Thanks so much. Any assistance appreciated. Frustrated. Teish
