I have to get a new printer as my epson stylus color 800 which i have
had since 1997 has printhead issues and i don't want to waste anymore
time and money on it. I have been looking at the epson stylus C64,
does anyone know much about this printer? it seems to be quite a new
model.

Another thing if i do purchase the C64 i would like to use compatibles
cartridges but looking around uk websites for compatibles i can't seem
to find any, does anyone know how long it takes before manufacturers
start making compatible cartridges for new printers?

Thanks in advance

The 64 is the newest edition of the 6x series of epsons. It is a decent
model, a little slower than the 84 and it uses a smaller black cartridge.
it usually takes a few months for the knock off cartridges to get into the
system.
