Epson LX-1050/FX-1050 Custom Size Windows XP

I am trying to customise my page size on Epson Printers
LX-1050 / LX-1050 on Windows XP. I can do it on Win 98,95.
 
Select the printer and go to File > Server Properties > Create a New Form
