Hi,

I need to create a format 5x3 inches with this printer.
The driver that comes with the printer does not seem to support this format.
Which driver would you suggest to use instead?

Which version of Windows?

For NT/2K/XP, you need to create a form. Go to Start/Settings/Printers. Go
to File/Server Properties. It should open to the Forms tab. You can put a
check in 'Create a New Form' and fill out a Description and sizes.

For 9x/ME, I think if you right-click the printer in the Printer folder,
and go to Properties, you can sometimes create custom form sizes on one of
the tabs. This depends on the driver.

thanks Andrew, but I knew that.

I did create a form 500x300, but the labels don't come out consecutively, I
get 1 1/2 empty label every two.
Note that the printer is a LQ570e, and if I use its own driver, I cannot use
the form 500x300. If you try to install this driver first,
you cannot create a form wider than 390.
I _must_ use driver LQ570, (not 570e) but the results are what I told you.
