Epson DX4800 printing problem

This is a new printer. It has been working fine for the last few days. Now
when a print is asked for it pulls the paper in unevenly (ie it pulls the
right side more than the left) so that the left hand edge of the paper in
crumpled. Any ideas how to fix it?

If it's new it's under guarantee. Contact Epson and get an exchange.
