My Epson cx4600 is not printing properly. I have new Epson ink, Have gone
through all troubleshooting three times, everything is connected okay, when I
try to print or photocopy anything the printer sounds and acts like all is
well, but no ink is on the paper. What is up? Help!! My warantee is up so
EPSON will not help.

When was the last time it printed correctly? Did you leave it a few weeks
without printing... and if so, was the ink empty at that time?

It has been a few months since it has printed correctly and the ink was empty
for a week before I changed it. That's when it started not printing.

You may be buying a new printer. Usually, the out of warranty repair cost is
at least equal to the cost of a new printer.
Having said that-- Some printers have a fixed head that can clog if it sets
for an extended period of time. Especially if the tanks are empty.
It may be possible to clear the clog if you can get to the head printing
surface. Some of the printers have easily accessable heads, others do not.
Will the printer run a nozzle check? Have you tried the head cleaning
sequence in the driver options?
