Envelopes and Labels

When in Word2000 I click on Envelopes and Labels, to address an envelope from
contacts in my Outlook. Recently when I go through the process and at the
Envelopes and Labels dialog box I click the address book, pick the conctact,
click OK
and the contacts info should appear in the delivery address box. This no
longer works. Does anyone know what happen and can help?

In the "select name" box within the Envelope menu, be sure the "Show names
from the" drop-down has selected the correct file. Outlook is balky and
sometimes offers the wrong list.
