End Program - Outlook.exe

I am getting a menu when trying to shutdown the computer saying End Program -
Outlook.exe. It's a come and go thing
 
You may have something holding Outlook open such as fax software, synch
software for a handheld (like a Palm for example), Add Ins &/or Coms, Desktop
searches that integrate with Outlook, SPAM filtering, or even having AV scan
your incoming and outgoing mail.
