End Program - Acrobat IE Helper

When I click on re-start a box comes up saying "End
Program - Acrobat IE Helper - if you choose to close now
you will loose all unsaved data". I have to close it or
it will not re-start.

Does anyone know why this is coming up? How do I prevent
it from doing that?

Apparently, Acrobat IE Helper is running in the backqround. You should
find out why it is not closing properly.

If a program has not closed and you shutdown the computer, this
message will inevitably come up.

Thanks. I know that is why the box is coming up, it says
that in the error message. I am trying to find out how
to find out which program is not closing down, when there
are none open.
