too large to send as an attachment apparently. The error read:

the instruction at "0x0134cbf1" refernced memory at "0x0134cbf1". the
memory could not be "read"

click on OK to terminate the programme.

any ideas?????// As far as in know i have all the updates etc, have
used a variety of scans to check for virus's, ad ware etc!! and i
havent found any faults that couldnt be fixed but noithing has helped
as of yet.

If you can help that would be great.

Thanks

Hi,

From IE, click tools/internet options and go to the programs tab. Click the
button to manage addons. Find the Acrobat entry and select it, then click on
disable. Apply/ok your way out.

Remove whatever version you have of Adobe Acrobat Reader and reboot the PC.
Then install Acrobat Reader v7.x.
