encryption problem with Bank of America

I am having trouble viewing recent transactions from Bill
Pay on Bank of America's website. I emailed and was told
the encryption needed to be updated to 128 bit, which I
did but the problem was not solved. I am now running the
High Encryption pack for 2000 and still cannot see the
recent transactions...it's stuck back in
September/October. Anyone have any info?

Forgive my ignorance but how would i check that and why
would that cause the problem?

Make sure that your computer's date is correct.

If the page showing the problem has protocol prefix http: (not https:)
try pressing Ctrl-F5 for a Refresh.
