How do I enable multiple Word sesssions to be opened at the same time? I
know multiple documents can be opened in one Word session. I want to have 2
Word sessions open at the same time.

A shortcut with either the /n or /w switch will start a new instance,
For example:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\WINWORD.EXE" /n

in the target field will start an instance with no blank document.
Changing the /n to /w will start an instance with a blank document.
You can assign different shortcut keys, change the icon, and/or change
the name of the shortcut to keep them straight. I have one with

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\WINWORD.EXE" /mFile1 /q

in the target field which opens the most recently used file and
suppresses the splash screen.

I tend not to display "windows in taskbar", so each instance has all
it's open files in it's one window.
