Enable Ctrl + Alt + Del Lonon

I want it so that users need to type ctrl alt del before logging into my
comp, and the help guide says to click on Advanced in Users Accounts, but
there isn't an advanced tab in my Users Accounts....

how do I get the Advanced tab, or is there another way to enable this
security feature?

Type in the Run dialog box or in a Command Prompt.

control userpasswords2

Click on the Advance tab and there you will find what you are looking for.

This users window format is SO much more useful and what I am used to!
