Emulator: Application failed to initialize properly

Hi,

When I tried to start the emulator using a batch file "C:\Program
Files\Windows CE Tools\Common\Platman\bin\emulator.exe" or from the
"C:\Program Files\Visual Studio .Net 2003Compact
Framework\bin\ConnectionManager\Emulator.exe" , it gave the error "The
application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to
terminate the application.

Why am I getting this problem ? How to get rid of it. If anyone
knows please let me know who to deal with it.
