VS.NET2003 & emulator problem!

I deinstall/reinstall my VS.NET2003 install from drive C: to D:
Initially I was not able to have SmartDevice program running anymore (all
the reference disappeared)

But I worked around that by copying the file in
D:\ProgramFile\VS.NET\CompactFramewrokSDK in C:
(C:\ProgramFile\VS.NET\CompactFramewrokSDK, stupid bug

Anyway, while it worked better now I can't use the emulator. IT work OK on
the device, but when I want to deploy to the emulator it says:

Emulator for Windows CE
One or more files from the Emulator for Windows CE
installation is missing.

Please reinstall Emulator for Windows CE and try again.

I installed the windowsCE SDK and I got it running!
