EMU 0404 Professional Soundcard not working in RC1

Hi,

I had previous installed the WindowsXP 64 bit drivers for this soundcard and
the associated Patchmix application under Beta 2 and had the souncard working
properly. Since installing RC1 the drivers install and the application, but
now the Patchmix application fails when you try to launch it, and my souncard
still has an exclamation mark beside it in the device manager.

The error stated is that the driver is either corrupt or missing

If anyone has any idea how to fix this I would be very grateful !!!

I have just finished downloading the update for my soundcard via windows
update and to Creative's credit it managed to get the device working ok....
or so it seems.

However the patchmix application still refuses to load and I get no ouput
from my soundcard at all

I wonder if anyone will get around to fixing this !!
