Empty zip files being downloaded (sometimes!)

Hi can you help?!

My client tells me she when she downloads zip files from a specific
site the zip file appears empty when she tries to open it. I have
emailed her the same files she couldn't download and they open fine. I
attempted to download the zip files from the site she was having
problems with and I can download the zip files with no problems. She
can also download zips from other sites?!?!?

SPEC:
Win XP sp2
WinZip 10.0
IE 6

Any suggestions?

Hi,

This is the workaround:
1. Make sure that the Confirm open after download option is selected.
2. or Click the hyperlink, and then click Save or Save this file to disk
in the File Download dialog box that appears.
