eml files won't open

Hello,

My sister has been sending me email with .eml
attachments. Why won't they open? I don't get any error
message, they just won't open.

attachments. Why won't they open? I don't get any error
message, they just won't open.

Save one to the desktop.
Hold down the Shift key and right click.
Select Open with.
Select Outlook Express.
Check the box to Always use this program.
