Embedding Sound Files

Hi There,
I often insert sound files from my C: drive into PowerPoint presentations.
However if I email the presentations to others the sounds are lost. It seems
to be due to the fact that Powerpoint looks for the sound files "outside" the
presentation rather than embedding them.
Can anyone help me get around this?
