how to extract an embedded sound?

Hello All, I have this presentation with an embedded lightning sound that I
mixed myself 2 years ago and embedded it on a slide transition in a
presentation. Now I need the sound for another presentation but I don't have
the wav file anymore, so...How do I extract the sound from the presentation
to be a wav file again?

Open the ppt, click File > Save as.
Under save as type, click on the dropdown, scroll down and look for Webpage
(.htm or .html).
Click Save.
Look into the output folder for the sound.
