Embedding linked audio files

I want to embed the audio files that I already linked within my PPT file
since my trainees have some issues with extracting files from zipped folders
that are required since my server that disallows wav files.

Any idea how to generate a single playable file for the trainees?

change the Link audio files greater than (change file size to more than the
largest audio file in your PPT)

but keep in mind that your max audio file size has to be less than 50mb...
and the larger the file the slower your deck may respond.

Hi,

Music in each format can be embedded in PowerPoint if you use right
trick.
To wav sound larger than 100KB$B!'(B
PowerPoint-> Tools->Options-> Advanced -> link sounds with file size
greater than ...KB. Please input 50000.

To music in all formats$B!'(B
Convert your PowerPoint presentation to Flash use some third party
presentation tools, PPT2Flash (http://snipurl.com/ppt2flash), for
instance. It can help you create Flash-based presentation with all the
original effects retained. Of course, all the sound files will be
embedded in the presentation. You can send the Flash-based
presentation to your friends and different computers. BTW, PPT2Flash
is also a good Flash authoring tool to create multimedia courseware.
